Ingredients
3/4 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
1/3 cup Unsweetened dried coconut
6 Dated, pitted
1/2 cup Grated carrot
1 Tpsp Chia seeds
2 Tpsp Coconut oil, melted
1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp Ground Cloves
pinch of Sea salt
Instructions
- Combine dates and dried coconut in a food processor. 
- In a bowl combine protein powder, carrots, cinnamon, cloves, coconut oil and sea salt. Add dates and coconut mixture, and chia seeds. Mix using your hands. 
- Roll mixture into small balls. 
- Refrigerate for an hour. 
These can refrigerated for 5 to 7 days.
